convenient lake escape
convenient location whatsapp communication clean room tasty breakfast
i found the hotel's location convenient it was close to the lake and train station making it easy to explore the area. the staff provided great communication via whatsapp which i appreciated. the room was super clean and cozy perfect after a day of sightseeing. the breakfast at the nearby cafe was also tasty adding to the overall positive experience
the walls seemed a bit thin i could hear some noise from other rooms it was a minor issue but slightly disruptive

The hotel is near the train station. I also walked to the lake in just a few minutes. Isabella was helpful and gave great advice! She. I am super thankful.
The curtains did not fully block the light. I was not told about the outside shutters. There were also no free outlets to charge my phone.

basic stay with a bathroom issue
the location was pretty good, near transport links.
The bathroom was not great. The shower door was old and needs replacing. there was also a hole in the wall patched up with plastic, which looked awful. it gave a bad impression of maintenance.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Lake
warm greeting helpful information convenient location
The hostess greeted me warmly and offered helpful information about the area. I especially appreciated her restaurant recommendations. The hotel is close to the waterfront and train station. My room was clean and had everything I needed.
The bathroom could use some updating.
Facilities
